From the collection of: Philip d’Orléans
Mid 20th century.
Typical stacked pommel with stitched leather grip in two sections. Pommel is brass.
Blade is somewhat thin with two shallow ground fullers. mark is a cross with circles at the terminals. Overall blade has good flex and seems well made. Unfortunately overall condition of the blade is poor with heavy corrosion no doubt from being stored in it’s leather sheath for long periods of time.
